With estimations that there will be around 20.4 billion things connected to the internet by 2020, deploying Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is at the forefront of many digital transformation initiatives. But according to Martin Creighan, managing director for AT&T Australia and New Zealand, if an organisation is going to connect something, it has to be relevant and there has to be an outcome that is going to make a difference to people’s lives.
